Wino, a BEP/B 2005 MINI Cooper S Convertible, first hit the pavement on October 11, 2005 on the island of Oahu. Wino spent his first year culturing a love of the sea and the island lifestyle.
In August of 2006, Wino headed to the mainland to discover a thing called a "long, straight road", something unknown on his island home. Arriving at the port of Long Beach, CA with a final destination of the Washington, DC area, Wino traveled with hundreds of other MINI's in the MINI Takes the States event; discovered the curves of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado; traveled the Coronado Trail in Arizona; studied his reflection in the glass skyscrapers of Chicago; visited another ocean called the Atlantic at Cape Cod, MA; looked across Civil War battlefields in Virginia and finally settled in at Columbia, MD. Wino likes it here but can't wait to get back to Hawaii.

Road Trip to Philadelphia, PA. We met at 11:30am near 95 and 476 just outside Philadelphia. Eric from Helix met us and led approximately 15 MINI’s for a great cruise winding our way north of the city then south into downtown ending up at
